Australia
Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane:
6–9 business days
Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, the Northern Territory and other areas:
8–12 business days
Final-mile delivery within Australia may be completed by Australia Post, 4PX, Yanyun or another trusted delivery provider.
United States
East Coast:
5–9 business days
West Coast:
7–10 business days
Orders to the United States may be delivered through YunTu, 4PX or another trusted delivery provider.
Carrier Selection
Our delivery team selects the most suitable carrier for each order based on the destination and shipping conditions.
We prioritise the fastest and safest available delivery option, rather than simply choosing the lowest-cost carrier.
Express Shipping
Express shipping may be available for selected products and destinations. Please contact our customer support team before placing your order to confirm availability and pricing.
Products containing glue or batteries are not eligible for express shipping due to carrier restrictions.
When express shipping is available and confirmed, your order will be shipped via DHL Express.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped.
Tracking updates may take a short time to appear after dispatch. In some cases, the tracking number may change when the parcel is transferred to a local delivery provider.
