30-Day Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Returned with the original packaging
- Free from damage caused by misuse or improper handling
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Used items
- Products damaged after delivery due to improper use
- Clearance or final sale items (where stated)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
We'll work with you to find the best solution as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a product defect, damage during transit, or an error on our part, we'll cover the return shipping costs.
For all other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Please contact us before returning any item. We’ll provide the complete return address and return instructions after your request has been approved.
Do not send returns without contacting us first, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted or processed.
